近來是否要恢復日本核災食品進口引發討論，衛福部將派員到日本了解當地食品檢測狀況。對此，行政院長林全今天(22日)表示，這是衛福部的程序，行政院尊重衛福部專業處理，他並重申恢復開放核災食品沒有時間表。

針對是否解禁日本核災食品進口，我國駐日代表謝長廷日前表示，衛福部將派員赴日了解食品檢測狀況，是否解禁在年底會有結論；衛福部政務次長何啟功21日與媒體茶敘時也說，衛福部已在討論中，預計派食藥署同仁前往。

對此，行政院長林全22日受訪時表示，衛福部赴日了解食品檢測狀況是衛福部的程序，行政院尊重衛福部的專業，是否要解禁，必須符合所有應有的程序。他說：『(原音)我也是今天看到新聞知道這事情，所以我也特別問一下，大概是衛福部自己一個程序，在這個部分，行政院基本上是尊重衛福部的專業的處理，所有的程序都按照程序走。』

林全強調，衛福部必須按照所有程序處理食品解禁問題，他並重申，恢復日本核災食品進口沒有時間表。
